It has been known for more than 20 years that in 4 space-time dimensions low energy N=2 supersymmetry only permits 8 possible scaling dimensions for Coulomb branch operators for rank-1 conformal field theories. We show how to compute this spectrum of dimensions for arbitrary rank.  For each rank it is a finite set of rational numbers.  We also discuss the challenges that local operator methods (e.g., the conformal bootstrap) face in trying to reproduce this spectrum.
